1. Service for Members

By registering on this site, Member can access the various services, such as sending enquiry to us. Members are free to cancel the subscription at any time.

Namhoi.com.hk also provides customer support to Members by fax, at (852) 23760081, or E-mail, at enquiry@namhoi.com.hk.

2. Duty of Members

Member shall take all reasonable precautions to ensure the confidentiality of the Member's [User ID/Password] for access to Namhoi.com.hk. Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Member's [User ID/Password] and shall be solely liable for any economic harm resulting from disclosing, or suffering or permitting disclosure of, Member's [User ID/Password]. In the event of any such disclosure or other breach of security, Member will remain liable for any unauthorized use of Namhoi.com.hk until Member delivers written notice thereof to Namhoi.com.hk and obtains a new [User ID/Password] from us.

No members shall register a third party's information without the approval of such third party. No members shall provide false, misleading or otherwise inaccurate information upon registration.

Member's Account with Namhoi.com.hk may not be transferred without prior written approval from Namhoi.com.hk and is subject to any limits established by Namhoi.com.hk.

3. Namhoi.com.hk's Right

Namhoi.com.hk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select Members and to refuse service or subscription to Namhoi.com.hk to any person or entity for any reason or for no reason whatsoever. Namhoi.com.hk may terminate immediately and without notice the Account of any Member who misuses Namhoi.com.hk or fails to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.

Namhoi.com.hk, in its sole discretion, may, at any time and from time to time, and in any manner modify this Agreement and adopt additional terms and conditions governing Members' access and use of Namhoi.com.hk. Any modification or addition is effective immediately upon its posting in this location or any other location designated for such purposes on Namhoi.com.hk or upon transmittal of written notice thereof to Member.

Namhoi.com.hk may, in its sole discretion, modify, supplement or discontinue any aspect of Namhoi.com.hk, including, but not limited to, (i) restricting the hours or dates of access to Namhoi.com.hk, (ii) restricting the means of access to Namhoi.com.hk to certain computer types and to certain operating systems, (iii) limiting the amount of access time and/or use permitted, and (iv) restricting or terminating any Member's right to access or use Namhoi.com.hk or any portion thereof, at Namhoi.com.hk sole discretion and without prior notice or liability. Namhoi.com.hk reserves the right to change or add any fees or charges for access or use of Namhoi.com.hk at any time effective upon ten (10) days' prior notice.

4. Termination

Either Member or Namhoi.com.hk may terminate Member's Account at any time, for any reason or no reason at all. Member's only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with (i) any term or condition of this Agreement or any change therein, or any decision, policy, or action of Namhoi.com.hk in operating Namhoi.com.hk or (ii) the quality, quantity or any other aspect of the Network Content available at any time through Namhoi.com.hk or any change therein, is to terminate Member's Account by delivering written notice thereof to Namhoi.com.hk.

Namhoi.com.hk may terminate Member's Account, or suspend any individual Member's access to all or any part of Namhoi.com.hk, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, for any conduct that Namhoi.com.hk, in its sole discretion, believes violates this Agreement, interferes with another Member's use or enjoyment of Namhoi.com.hk, or is harmful to another Member or participant in Namhoi.com.hk.

Member acknowledges and agrees that the provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination of Member's Account and Member shall thereafter remain bound by such provisions.

5. Privacy Statement

I. Member Privacy

While Namhoi.com.hk collects registration information, we understand the importance of protecting the privacy of our Members.

Accordingly, we pledge that no information specifically identified to registered Members of Namhoi.com.hk will be sold, traded, or shared with any third party, including advertisers, organizations, or other Members, with the following exceptions:

• Information that the terms of an administrative order, court order, or subpoena requires us to disclose, that we in good faith determine is legally required to be revealed, or that law enforcement authorities request us to disclose in connection with their investigations;
• Information revealed during the course of our enforcement of the Member Agreement, or during the course of any disciplinary actions with respect to a Member;
• Information about a member used by Namhoi.com.hk in the course of dealings with that Member outside the Web site, such as Customer Service, including phone, letter, and in person;
• Information that we in good faith determine must be disclosed to correct what we believe to be false or misleading information or to address activities that we believe to be manipulative or deceptive.

II. Computer Information

With Member registration to Namhoi.com.hk, we automatically capture the IP address and host name (if available) of the Member's originating server.

The IP address identifies the computer a Member is working on, but does not reveal any personal information about the Member.

This information helps us to diagnose problems with our server. It also allows us to direct improvements for Namhoi.com.hk by gathering broad, non-attributed demographic information about general patterns of Member use of the Web site.

III. Security

This Web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. These include firewall protection, password encryption, and restricted Server access. Such measures may not prevent loss, misuse or alteration of information in all cases. We urge all Members to exercise caution while using our site or, for that matter, any other Web site.
